Open Purchase
We offer an open purchase for 30 days from the time of purchase.

• Products must be returned in new condition, including original packaging if applicable.
• Customers must provide valid proof of purchase (receipt or copy).
• Custom-made or special orders are not eligible for open purchase.
• Normally, refunds are processed within 2 weeks of receiving the return. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days. Please contact us before returning goods.
• Exchanges are not offered; if you want a different product, please place a new order.

Warranty

• We provide a one-year warranty from the original purchase date.
• To claim warranty, provide proof of purchase (receipt, delivery date, etc.).
• The warranty covers defects in material or manufacturing. Wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by others are not covered.
• Alive Moto reserves the right to repair or replace products under warranty.

Complaints & Defects

• You can report defects that existed at the time of purchase within one year of receiving the product.
• Complaints should be made as soon as the defect is discovered. Complaints made within 2 months of discovery are always considered timely.
• Outside the voluntary warranty, the customer must prove defects existed at the time of purchase. Survey fees may apply if complaints are not approved.
• Delivery or transport damage must be reported within a reasonable time. Always inspect packages upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

• Include a copy of the receipt and a description of the complaint.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8 working days.

Delivery

• Products in stock are usually shipped within 1–5 business days.
• Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons.
• Orders received on weekdays before 10:00 containing in-stock products may be shipped the same day.
• You will receive tracking details via email once shipped.

Uncollected Shipments

• Minimum fee of €25 applies for unclaimed packages.

Fair Use Policy

• We assess fair use based on non-discriminatory criteria and buying/return patterns.
• Refused orders will be notified via email.
• This policy does not affect your legal right of withdrawal (14 days) or Alive Moto open purchase (14–30 days).

Printing Errors

• We reserve the right for minor printing errors or product specification errors. All images are illustrative.

Copyright

• All content on this site is the property of Alive Moto or subcontractors. Use of images, text, or product info without permission is prohibited.

Made-to-Measure Orders

• Carefully follow our measurement guide for custom orders.
• Right of withdrawal and exchange do not apply to made-to-measure products.
• Additional charges may apply for sizes above 3XL. Delivery time is 15–30 working days depending on seasonal load.

Independent Advice & Dispute Resolution

• Customers can contact local consumer agencies in addition to Alive Moto for disputes.

Guarantees

• You guarantee that the information provided is correct and that you have the right to enter agreements.

Advertising & Marketing
