RETURN & COMPLAINTS.

Open purchase 30 days you have a right of withdrawal 30 days.

Provide that you have not used the product and that it is returned in substantially unchanged condition. When returning it is you as a customer who is responsible for shipping back to us for the goods you wish to return / exchange. Feel free to use same bag/carton that you received the goods in. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you bought it. All item send back must be packed in a bag or cardboard box. In case of exchange. Return or complaint, If the item is used, the return will not be accepted “you may of course try the goods, but not use them if you wish to make a return or exchange”. If the product does not have labels even if the garment is unused, Alive Moto will be forced to deduct up to 25% on the value of the product. As we will not be able to sell the product / goods to any new customer. Generally, it takes about 10 working days from the time we registered your return until you received the fund.



Made to measure: -

Note that the right of withdrawal and right of exchange do not apply to made-to-measure orders. Read about this under “Made-to-measure-orders”. We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints. If you not satisfied with something you ordered, you have 30 days right of withdrawal after you have received the goods. You have the right as a customer to open the package to check that the product works. You always have the right to cancel your purchase if the item is not of stock. The right of withdrawal applies to the entire Alive Moto range. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been put into use. As a customer, you are obliged to check your delivery, when exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. When we have received the item back and made an assessment of the return based on the condition of the item, we will pay, within 14 days of receiving the return, back the amount you paid for the goods.

Note: Normally, it takes about two weeks from sending your return to us before you receive any refund. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 30 days for a refund, which is the maximum time by law. Please contact us before returning the goods, we can then reduce the handling time so that you will be satisfied.

As a consumer you have the right of complaint from the date you receive the product, you must provide a notice of the error “within a reasonable time” after you have discovered it. If you make a complaint within two months, according to the customer purchase Act, it is always counted as having been done on time. However, a reasonable period of time may be longer than two months. In the event of a dispute raised by the General complaints Board (ARN), Alive Moto follows their recommendation in the case. Policies: - 

  • Item indicated as " Final Sale" cannot be returned, if a return is made on a final sale item the refund will not be proceed.
  • Return will be made for all items in original unused condition within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  • Refund will be given in the original form of payment.
  • Refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • In order to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund. If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.


Warranty: -

Ais given by the producer, distributor or seller and applies to all defects in the product that are not caused by the user through negligence or intention. All products in our range are covered by at least one (1) year warranty unless otherwise stated. In cases where a manufacturer/supplier provides a longer warranty period that (1) year, the product is of course covered by this warranty period. In case of warranty matters, we contact our suppliers so therefore the handling can take a few working days.
